Exchange of European Good Practices – basicskills and key competences for unemployed

Lack of basic skills and key competences is one of the main reasons of unemployment (especially long-term).The main objective of the project is to gain knowledge on adult education (unemployed) to complement their basic skills and key competences, creation of model of work with unemployed with lack of basic skills and key competences and then use it on test group of clients in PUP Nysa.Specific objectives:- Improve knowledge, skills and competences of employees,- Improving the quality of services provided to the unemployed and job seekers,- Learning new methods of operation and services,- Knowledge of methods used in adult education at the level of European standards and their adaptation to the local labor market,- Raising the level of knowledge of a foreign language,- create model of work with unemployed.The participants of the project are employees of the partner organizations, working with unemployed persons with lack of basic skills and key competences. Indirect participants are unemployed persons who struggle with lack of basic skills and key competences. Main outputs of the project is organization of transnational meetings, during which will be held an exchange of good practices and ways of working with the unemployed, experiencing shortages of key competences and basic skills.Within the project we will also create a model of work with unemployed (how to raise their level of basic skills and key competences).
