The project aims to establish a long-lasting cross-border cooperation concerning integration and diversity in the labour market of Oresund. The plan with the project is to create a cooperation which will lead to a more effective use of resources in the form of immigrants on the labour market. Achievements: The project began with a kick-off that was attended by the Swedish migration minister and regional politicians. After that, the project team conducted a number of field trips to find inspiration to new solutions on problems related to integration on the labor market. The project has also initiated a growth analysis and a model of diversity rating system. During the final phase the project will focus on the establishment of a website and to increase the dissemination of their results.
