The volunteer will have the opportunity to develop his/her personal, social and professional skills connected with the planning, organization and development of activities with children, young people, seniors and employees of our organization. He/she will get acquainted with the work of all the employees which will enable him/her to see exactly how we do our work. Working in a different country with a different language and culture will allow promoting a better understanding of multicultural environments,participationandEuropeancitizenship.Within bounds of possibility, we will try to develop a suitable programme for every volunteer, considering his or her abilities, interests and experience. We are open for volunteers' ideas, and would like to communicate with them as much as possible before the start of the programme, to find out their concepts about their future work.
