The EVS MENTORS+ in ACTION in Balearic islands" seminar gathered together EVS mentors and provideed the opportunity of being trained through the peer to peer methodology. From 16th to 21st of september 2015, 29 EVS mentors coming from 15 accredited organizations from 9 countries (Spain, Croatia, France, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Germany, Estonia and Romania) shared good practice, tools and methods and worked for building a European network. During the seminar the event "EVS MENTORS+ in ACTION" took place to promote the European Voluntary Service in Menorca. The results of the project are an improvement of the competences of the mentors and of the quality of the EVS projects and a better knowledge of the European Voluntary Service at local level.
