This EVS project is bassed in Mussomeli, Italy and the project involves three EVS volunteers form Poland, one sending organization and one hosting organization. The duration of the EVS service will be 9 months, form September 2014 to June 2015. There are a lot of possible types of activities offered to the EVS volunteer: ArciStrauss Park (maintenance of a public garden in the center of Mussomeli), Baby - Parking (organize free time activities to children), Info - Youth Desk, Europe desk and cooperation with organizations and associations that cooperate with ArciStrauss form a long time for example: Casa Famiglia Rosetta - a voluntary association that promotes cultural recreational and support for people with disabilities Main aim of the hosting organization is to support creativity and active citizenship of young people. The activities stated above have the same aim and consequently this project has them as well. In addition the project is also aimed at involving young people in a process of intercultural learning through giving them an opportunity to meet and explore cultures different then theirs. The working methods used will be always on non formal education. We will focus on the different geographic origin of volunteers involved to develop solidarity and promote active citizenship and mutual understanding among the volunteers themselves and also in the local community. At the same time, volunteer  will be guided, helped and coordinated by all the members of our association, that will also help them to integrate into the local community, to meet other young people, to socialize, to participate in leisure activities.
