This 10 months project will give the chance to an Italian boy with fewer oportunities, Till Bisacchi, to participate to an experience of European Voluntary Service in the romanian association Yellow Shirts. Till has learning disabilities and has, maybe because of his learning problems, some trouble communicating with the others. Despite his difficulties, Till is a very talented boy, motivated, creative, hardworking and capable with a high sensibility to art. This project will give him a new opportunity for personal and professional development and to become more aware of his European citizenship. The volunteer will be integrated in cultural activities (artistic workshops, teatrical activities, cultural presentation, organisation of events) and will always be assisted by a member of the Association. As sending orgnisation, Alce Nero will be responsible of the preperation of the volunteer before the departure, will keep in touch with the volunteer and the host association during all the duration of the project and will meet the volunteer after his return in Italy.
