The "EVS for Future" is a series of activities specifically designed for young people with fewer opportunities, which, like their peers would like to actively participate in the life of Europe and the possibilities offered by the ERASMUS + Program.  The aim of the project is the integration and interaction for young people with special needs in the area of European Voluntary Service/EVS. The activities of the project are closely interrelated and occur in planned and agreed by the parties order.The project consists of: - Training / TC; short term EVS for 10 people with hearing idisorders and Meetings Evaluation / SE.TC is a detailed theory regarding the transfer. European Voluntary organizations working for youth, presentation tools to support EVS and construction of sustainable, high quality Partnerships for people with special needs. 10 Short Term EVS for Deaf people is a response to the real needs of the group of young Deaf people from the RA i DO Foundation , the implementation of theory in practice, presentation of the methodology recruitment, preparation, implementation and support of EVS for people with special needs.Evaluation Meeting after 6 months of TC and after 3 short term EVS for 6 people and before the next two rounds will summarize and reflect the process of putting knowledge into practice and contribute to real use in planning future projects.The Project will be attended by 18 youth workers working with young people also with special needs and 14 Deaf / Hard of Hearing Polish and Spanish. The project will take place in the Activitation Center for Disablity in Krzyżewo (Podlasie) where working people with disabilities. Through developed and presented materials sharing results target group will be much highter. The project involves 10 partners from 8 EU countries: Greece (2 org), France, Estonia, Cyprus, Italy (2 org), Spain, Slovenia and Polish.The project includes all phases of the process aimed at achieving a positive outcome of the planned project, which is increasing the amount of the host organization and sending young people with special needs to EVS and to increase interest in this activity among the young people. These are:PREPARATION -preparation theoretical gain knowledge on the principles and mechanisms of support to build a platform of cooperation for futureIMPLEMENTATION - conducting EVS (in this case 10 short term in 5 rounds of 2 persons, each turn after 59 days) for the Deaf with Polish in perspective based on experience with this action discussed at the SE prepare the next steps oo much higher levelEVALUATION - to carry out a comprehensive evaluation process, the theoretical (TC) and practical (EVSy) at a meeting of partners and volunteers after the arrival of EVs, to develop new and better solutionsDissemination of results - preparation tools which will be posted booklet with flipczartts illustrations prepared by the participants of the project and its distribution in paper and electronic format (version drawing is much simpler and easier to read for people with special needs).Methods for Non - Formal (group work, presentations, graphics, use of training platforms online, panel discussions, exchanges EVS, drama, individual work, non-fomal art methods, drawings, learning by experience, learning informal, lip-reading, flashing) will be the main methods used in all three activities of the project.The result of the project will: - Detailed knowledge of the ERASMUS + in the context of the preparation, conduct and evaluation of EVS for people with special needs  - High-quality Mobility Partnerships especially young people with special needs - 10 short term EVS for Deaf People / Hard of Hearing with special support in Greece- Detailed knowledge of working with deaf / hard of hearing - Exchange of EVS for people with special needs with real partners - EVS (Short and long) prepared by Partners or the Partnership for people with special needs - Graphic Guide (brochure on paper and media) when completed 3 phases of the project - sending a media release to about 100 organizations involved in EVSem, the opportunity to distribute pamphlets to those interested - Knowledge support tools - Moodle, E-Mentorslong-term benefits - Raising the level of competence of young disabled people - Lasting partnerships and their expansion on the basis of knowledge and experience gained during the project- Access and ability to use tools and people to support the European Voluntary Service (Moodle, a series of courses on EVs, access to E-MENTOR) - Overcoming psychological barriers among young people with special needs - it is possible others were or whether I too can - real increase in people leaving and arriving on EVS in Europe
