The mission of the Vocational School of Trade and catering is to achieve higher education, preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century. Aims its graduates to be highly educated, to form and preserve their national consciousness. PGTR priority is to serve the interests of business and to the general trends in the labor market.Goals will achieve the joint efforts of students, teachers, parents, school board and partners. The staff of our school aims to motivate students to continuing education. The draft proposal aims to improve theoretical knowledge, skills and competences of 20 students from PGTR through the implementation of a three-week educational mobility in a real work place in commercial firms, restaurants and hotels in Tenerife, Spain. Gained European experience is a precondition to increase their employability and successful implementation of the labor market, both in Bulgaria and in Europe. Partners will be the International College of Education Temis, Tenerife. It meets our requirements for implementation of the educational Mobility- practice and the high standards and requirements of the sector. This is a precondition for successful European partnership accord and implementation of the project. Students will be selected from 10th and 11th grade in vocations "Cook", "Catering" and "Trade representative" in PGTR, according to established criteria: interest in teaching and the desire to work on the project; good theoretical and practical training in the profession; good theoretical and language skills in English; communication skills and teamwork in PGTR. The selection will be organized by a selection committee. Among the set selection criteria are basic preparation in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and restaurant, good foreign language knowledge , motivation and desire for realization.The users will be provided preliminary language preparation of the project language - English, professional entrepreneurship and specialized training according to professions studied in school. Cultural training will include information about the history, geographical features and traditions of Spain.The educational mobility will be realized from 25.06.2017 to 15.07.2017 in Tenerife, Spain. In Bulgaria, the education system does not provide an adequate basis for an entrepreneurial career. Therefore beneficiaries need to improve their professional experience and competencies and adopt innovative practices based on the European experience of the country - a project partner, Spain, Tenerife and to implement it in Bulgaria. This will be achieved through placements in companies, restaurants and hotels.The main purpose of the draft is to develop entrepreneurial skills and the acquiring of European experience in trade, catering and tourism, the introduction of innovative practices in regions without or with poorly developed industry, which is the northwest. In realization of this mobility - practice students need to acquire entrepreneurial skills and key competencies in various professional fields and they next begin initiative to develop their own business in the future. They will get acquainted with the activities in entrepreneurship real, dynamic and competitive environment, which is the objective of the project. The beneficiaries will be provided with a job in restaurants, hotels and commercial firms. All tutors aims to build a modern model of the school as a good professional school that offers excellent educational and vocational training which meets the European requirements for workplace. In the long term through active participation in the Erasmus program PGTR + positively contributing to changes in the systems of education, training, work with students, participants in international projects and the introduction of duality training. This stimulate policy reforms and attract new resources for mobility opportunities in Europe.The project will contribute to the improvement and expansion of professional competencies of participants, will increase the motivation of students to participate actively in the learning process, using the possibilities of active upgrade and improve knowledge and skills in the programs for lifelong learning. The participants will improve their language training to a level own use of English and the use of a specific terminology to the profession. By realizing a planned educational mobility students will acquire skills such as accuracy, precision, discipline and ability to work in a team, will learn leading trends, requirements and criteria for quality in trade and restaurant in united Europe.
