CONTEXT OF THE PROJECTThe project “European abilities - guarantee for professional success “, which has been presented by Proffesional Highschool “Vasil Lavski”, Kardzhali, will be implemented in partnership with SISTEMA TURISMO S.R. L. in Riminy, Italy. The term of the project is 16 months and the mobility within the project will be held in April, 2017, Riminy, Italy.GOAL OF THE PROJECTMain goal of the project is improving the elemental professional and language skills of students in a way that is pursuant with the European standards and quality norms, applied in actual working process. In addition:- students will create a realistic expectations and knowledge about innovations and possibilities through observing and taking part in professional activities and solving problems in real working process;- students will be encouraged to improve their language skills;- students will have a chance to feel the importance of forming personal qualities such as responsibility, discipline, organization skills and being initiative at the working place;- students will receive higher professional confidence and adaptability. All of the activities have been selected so as to help students upgrade their knowledge and specific professional skills.NUMBER AND PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTSThere will be 16 students from Х, ХІ and ХІІ grade of the high school from the specialties Machines and Systems with digital program control and Automotive equipment. The working process will be adapted to the features of these two specialties.DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIESAll the foreseen activities aim quality implementation of the project and reaching the objects such as:-preparing a project proposal together with the partner organization;-drawing a working program together with the partner organization;-clarifying and reaching an agreement for the living conditions;-choosing participants;-make a contract with the partner organization;-Making a contract with the users;- conducting mobility;- realizing control;- making certificates for the participants and reporting the achieved outcomes;- promoting the project and its outcome;- preparing a final report.METHODOLOGY THAT WILL BE USED DURING THE PROJECT’S IMPLEMENTATION:The project’s team will organize, plan, manage and control the activities; it will be in close contact, allowing to the partners coordination, monitoring, promoting, making certificates and reporting the results.All the above indicated methods have been chosen and conformed according to the goals and requirements of "ERASMUS+" program.SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE RESULTS AND THE EXPECTED INFLUENCE OF THE PROJECT:By implementing the project Professional high school Vasil Levski will be able to put on the labor market, in the field of machine building and transport techniques, workers with higher qualification. Those who have participated in real manufacturing process in another European country will be better trained and more compatible. We should not underestimate the influence that this project could have on all the other students. Achieving higher educational results will give them a chance to use the program and participate in it in future.SPECIAL LONG TERM BENEFITS:Through participating in "ERASMUS+" program high school Vasil Levski will improve its educational level and will also influence in a good way its image. The experience that will be gained during preparation and implementation of the project will encourage us to apply in more future projects.
