NAME’S PROJECT:European experience to acquire professional skills in electrical engineering and power engineering in foreign language environment.PARTNER:YouNet -Italian training organizationCONTINUANCE: 16 calendar daysBENEFICIARIES OF THE PROJECT – 18 students of 10th and 11th class.They are students of Vocational high school in power engineering and electrical engineering and they are from following specialties: “Heat – power industry” and “Power firms’.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT:-Improvement of acquired vocational skills by interaction between educational institutions and production environment and introduction of European technique in training to become more competitive in the labor market.SPECIFIC PERPOSE OF THE PROJECT:- Increase to vocational competence in the fields of electrical engineering and power engineering.- Improvement the relationship between the results of vocational education and training.- Acquisition of European proved experience.- Acquisition of new skills in a new cultural environment and creating new social networking.- Improvement of language skills.- Creation of habits for lifelong learning.DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES-Practical training will be implementing in three enterprises in Bologna.The students will be 18 and will be divided into 6 group.Practical training will be implemented in three stages.First stage – Introduction– the students will be introduced to activities of company partner.Second stage – Basic – conduction to practical training in enterprises.Third stage – Final- generalization results of practical training.There will be a cultural program.It includes sightseeing in Bologna, Venice and Florence.The purposes of this project will be achieved by following activities:measurement of electrical and non-electrical quantities, tracking circuits, installation maintenance and repair of electrical machinery and other.- EXPECTED RESULTS- To acquire European experience and greater skills- To apply what they have learnt in the field of electrical engineering and power engineering- To be more competitive in the labor market- To create habits for lifelong learning- To acquire new language skills- To create new social contacts and skillsLong-term benefits of mobility- Attracting more young people to take part in programs and projects- Ideas for modernizing the material and technical base- Implementation of organizational skills and experience- Realization of this project will answer to needs of qualified staff at local, regional and national level.- Will improve the relationship between the result of vocational education and training and needs of the labor market.- Will answer today’s requirements of European employers for working abilities in a real working environment- The practice that will be implemented in a abroad will develop adaptability of young people to variable conditions of life.- Mobility serves to improving mutual understanding and cultural relations the European Union.VALIDATION AND RECOGNITION OF THE RESULSValidation and recognition of acquired skills will be accomplished by partner organization.Each participant will be given a certificate Europass.
