The main purpose of “European experience and practices for qualitative professional education” project is to help students from Varna Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering to acquire and use knowledge, skills and training to assist their personal growth, work ability and participation in European labour market. In order to implement the main objective, the project contains a plan for training and mobility of 20 students from Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering–«System programming», «Computer Networks» major, in the United Kingdom, London, ADC College for 3 weeks. During the mobility all students will be involved in training by educational institution, which would allow them to receive training much higher than the average standard training level for this major. Еnhancing abilities for team working and adapting them for different fields would be possible through project preparation and implementation of chosen topics.All students, who would be the target group for this project are studying advanced English – a fact that contributes additionally for improvement of language skills and easy adaptation on the European Labour Market. The project is in response to specific recommendations of partner companies, which introduce students to their practices and allow them to test their knowledge in real working conditions, as well as to curriculum analysis of specific subjects. Development of computer technologies requires students to know more about innovations in this field and realize importance of lifelong learning as a needful part of their professional qualification. The current project would fill the gaps in the knowledge and would add more knowledge and skills; would allow a better level of proficiency and successful students’ realisation and attract ambitious young people to these specialties. After completing work on the project, we expect the following results: 1. Successful experience in ADC College –London; additional knowledge and skills related to computer technologies and media acquired 2. ADC College mobility certificates received by the participating students 3. Established contacts with European companies for training, qualification and production 4. Increased self-esteem in the students – based on the acquired knowledge and experience in an EU country 5. Improve quality of professional education and establish traditions and skills in working on European educational programmes and projects.
