This proposal follows the initiative to improve the level of the key competences and skills of the participants as a part of the strategic development of our school, as well as the objectives of the Erasmus + programme to build strong partnerships between vocational schools and business organizations and to promote innovation and competitiveness. The possibility for our students to exchange knowledge and skills in a different production environment would help to make them qualified and competitive staff. As a vocational school we have to offer the future specialist the opportunity for European dimension of their knowledge and skills. In this context, the objectives of the project are:*Achieving higher levels of quality and innovation in the vocational training of the students associated with: *diagnosis of vehicles; *organization of their maintenance and repair; *electronic systems and implementation of environmental standards.*Improvement of the participants’ foreign language competences;*Contributing to the increasing the percentage of students with a higher level of qualification, meeting the high demands of the business;*Increasing the attractiveness of our school by European vision for upgrading of professional skills.Target group of participants from the school are 20 students in grade 10 and 11, training the specialty of Autotransport technique. They will achieve the project objectives in stages. They will have an online course in English, professional and cultural preparation which will be held by the sending organization. The planned mobility period is from 16 July to 5 August 2017. Our partner for that activity is WBS TRAINING AG from Dresden, Germany. The students will be divided into groups in several car services that our partner co- operates with. Under the leadership of a tutor, they will fulfill specific tasks, following the topics of the training practice programme that is attached to this form. There will be guided tours and cultural events for students in their spare time. Final reports will be prepared by the participants, the accompanying persons and the partner organization.The results from the planning activities are:*Upgrading the professional skills and competences of the participants, associated with acquiring European practices for: *diagnosis of vehicles; *organization of their maintenance and repair; *electronic systems and implementation of environmental standards.*Improving foreign language skills;*Increasing the motivation of the participants for learning and self-improvement;*Receiving certificates for additional qualification, Europass- mobility.The students’ visit and practice in car services in Dresden, center of technics and motor industry, will be guarantee for their additional upgrading practical training. At the same time it will increase students’ language culture, will enrich their view of life and will make contacts that aim exchange of knowledge, experience and information and would be a good basis for their professional development. The pedagogical preparation, the students’ possibility to acquaint with the best German experience in maintenance, running, diagnosis and repair of vehicles will increase their interest in profession. The environment change will make positive emotions, assurance and self- confidence in them. Placing them in conditions of competition in the implementation of selection for participation in the mobility will encourage them to excellent performance and stimulate their motivation for learning and students will see a new meaning in mastering the material. Due to the planned practice, the beneficiaries of the project will gain professional experience with European added value. That will be a guarantee for success and high competitiveness of the young people in their future integration in labor market.The project results will be disseminated by both the sending and the receiving organizations in order to reach the widest range of persons concerned. The results of the project will also be linked to the fact that is funded under the Erasmus + programme. The valorization of the project will be a constant process in which the participants will also be involved and participate actively. The European dimension of the vocational training of the students will affect their qualification, make the vocational training more attractive and enhance the prestige of our school.
