Project „European support for professional development of young people" has been developed in line with the objectives of the new EU program for education, training, youth and sport "Erasmus +". The target group of the project are 10 students of different ethnic groups (Bulgarians and Turks), who are being initially trained in 11th grade in “Electronics, Automation, Communications and Computer technique”. They have been completed an initial general technical preparation. The professional realization of the young people in crises is big challenge. They need to be more competent, flexible and responsible. The project is directed to better opportunities for vocational training of the students and opening new horizons of success. With the development of computer technology and electronics in cars there is an acute need for qualified technicians who know the models on which are built electronic control systems in modern vehicles; to analyze the algorithms of action in different modes and be able to maintain basic mechatronic components. Regarding to, the practice in Austria will be base for personal development of the participants. The host partner is Fachberufsschule Wolfsberg. The main objective of the project is: acquisition of new knowledge and skills to improve personal development and employability and reinforce synergies and transition between formal, non-formal education, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship. The concrete aims of the project are: to provide the conditions for obtaining advanced vocational training in the field of automotive electronics and computer diagnostics and vocational training in modern companies, where to get acquainted with European quality standards; to enable the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills and adaptability to new environments; provide the opportunity gaining skills for employment and competitiveness; to give opportunity for enriching view of life and linguistic culture; to encourage exchange of knowledge, skills, experience and information; beneficiaries to get acquainted with the culture, lifestyle, traditions of another European state; to create international contacts and build a sense of European citizenship and belonging; increasing their motivation and perspective for further realization; to provide equal possibilities for education to young people from different ethnic backgrounds. The participants in project will gain professional competence in the practice period. Training companies are companies engaged primarily in automotive technology, computer technique and software for diagnostics and control, steering technique and ICT (STM / SERVICE - TECHNIK - MONTAGE / and ТАК Aussbildungsstätte, Wolfsberg ) . Mobility will improve the quality of their training. It will enrich their view of life. It will increase their motivation for professional development and allow the creation of useful contacts and gaining useful experience in another European state. Investing in young people is a necessary and important condition for the successful realization on European labor market. The leaders and team of professionals of the partner school Fachberufsschule Wolfsberg in Austria expressed their willingness to support the development of the newly created class in PGEE "Automotive Mechatronics", whose validation is important for training of personnel needed by the business in Kardzhali municipality and the region. This is the first professional class created with the initiative and support of businesses in the region. With the advent of electronics in cars there is an acute need for qualified technicians, who are able to maintain basic mechatronic components. The creation of the specialty is a precondition for successful realization of young people and the development of the region. PGEE aim at a high standard of professional education and training and doing everything possible making their students competitive and suitable for labor market. The school educates students from whole the region of Kardzhali district and is the only school that trains specialists in the field of electrical engineering and electronics. Close relations with local businesses in the area are supported. Highlights of the Development Plan of the municipality for education and employment are directed towards the development of modern professions, energetics, ICT and improving access to education for young people. Availability of skilled personnel makes possible the development of industrial potential in the municipality.
