The project has the main aim to improve the quality level of mathematics education and application of mathematics in practice in eight European countries. The target groups are university and school teachers of mathematics. To achieve the project aim, a European Virtual Laboratory of Mathematics EVLM is to be created, further developed in national sub-portals and supported by assembling a common e-learning database of advanced tools. As final products, didactic materials such as teacher's and students' books are to be developed.
