TERMINÉ
The project Everybody is unique was focused onthe recognizing of the personality of young people, on the diagnosing and on their own motivation for development. Project reflected to the increasing of the number of unemployed young people who do not know what they want - what areas they are interested in, what they can do etc. The project was implemented as a training course for youth workers from partner countries: Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania and the hosting country - Czech Republic. The course took place in November 2016 in Zlin in the Czech Republic in the organization Family Center Kamarád-Nenuda. Workers were working on their development in those areas: psychology, intercultural sharing, Snoezelen in practice, coaching, motivation and activation of individual development. The output of the project is the methodics.
