Our project Cankiri Provincial Directorate of Health and Public Health Directorates and units attached to them at home in health care workers, administrators, doctors, nurses, midwives, medical officers, physiotherapists, social workers, dieticians, psychologists, such as medical staff, Cankiri Veterans Health Professions High School administrators and teachers, leafy Central Directorate of Adult Education courses in health and social issues and technical personnel in the mission area is intended for educators Health; is not only the absence of injury or sickness of a person but the case of a complete well being physically,spiritually, and socially.The first task of medicine is to protect people from disease and to stay strong.In our country, one of the most important steps to be taken for everyone to reach the healthcare equally and effectively is to perform a complete and regular health service. For this purpose,The Ministry of Health has started “Health Transformation Program” under the “Home Health Care Services” application.Cankırı province is among the earlieast to implement “Home Health Care” studies intended to be implemented all around Turkey. In our region,by improving the delivery of home health services and bringing into line with European standards, promoting innovation, provision and dissemination of patient care, the promotion of qualified people in health sector in terms of knowledge, skills and work habits is a priority to be increased. In this regard, on-site examination of the health services in the EU member states, the implementation of diversity and innovation are needed to be applied in our region. With this project, home health care works, health education at schools, the patients; who utilize from home health services, whose treatment is carried on at home after a disease or operation, chronic patients, disabled and stroke patients, the new born baby and its mother,children in need of speacial health care, the elderly who need support, those who had an accident, education and services on some home health care service applied to individuals in need, such as; inspection, examination, analysis, treatment, medical care and rehabilitation,and healthy environment,human relations for the elderly and patients, social and family experiences of the elderly population, psychological counselling, public institutions, private and government health agencies,educational institutions,the family practice and health care at home for non-governmental organizations in the EU member of the host countries have been examined and aimed to be used in the studies in our country by analyzing and transferring the information and techniques derived from the studies for the use of health care at home. Expected results of our Project ; More modern health services will be provided by transferring new knowledge and techniques in home health care services to our region, We will contribute to the "Health Transformation Programme" project of the Ministry of Health, Health education in schools will be better in quality, Innovations will be encouraged, The burden of the hospitals will be reduced by providing home health care to the patients who do not require treatment in a hospital, The health care needed by the patient will be given in a more peaceful environment, Patients should not feel the hospital atmosphere and will be in better conditions than in the hospital in terms of social, psychological and economic aspects,The participants’; sustainable professional knowledge, skills and competences will develop, job productivity will increase, self-confidence will develop, foreign languages will develop, Project partners’; quality of home health services, competitiveness,entrepreneurship and productivity capacity will be stronger,EU adaptation levels will increase, Permanent relations will be established with the international firms related to health education and services and potential for cooperation will be developed. The project will be held with 44 participants in four courses in april 2015 in Germany, Belgium, Spain and Finland for a period of 12 days in each country.
