Today, quality in education means that education meets priorities mentioning the close relationship between education and economy. Extensive changes are also in the quality factor in the curriculum, the content, the teaching objectives and approaches and the overall educational process. Furthermore, due to labor market requirements, the focus of quality has shifted from knowledge to skills and abilities. Thus, quality in education is now preparing the young person to learn and adapt through life in a society with high risk, to manage information risk and their personal relationships, to innovate and produce. The instrumental knowledge and skills are in accordance with the prevailing perception, the essence of quality education. The training objectives have thus redefined as a result of today's youth need to have a job, in a volatile and competitive global labor market. The program concerns an educational visit, for two weeks, with 15 teachers (beneficiaries) as participants who teach in 2rd EPAL of Karditsa (sending partner). The host partner is an educational institution which is called CO.EUR. European Consulting and Training Association and is located in Rome in Italy. This institution is going to offer, to our group of teachers, training in the field of the evaluation and the quality in secondary vocational education. Our group of teachers have a university degree and we believe that they need training on issues concerning the use of quality teaching methods which are suitable for the vocational education sector. This proposal concerns the training of a group of teachers who will participate as beneficiaries of the program in cooperation with the educational institution CO.EUR. European Consulting and Training Association (host partner). The knowledge and skills are necessary not only as formal learning but also as in informal or formal learning through processes such as distance learning (e-learning) training in the workplace learning through group work, etc. The contact with public and private schools in Italy through technical visits of the program will give an opportunity to our teachers to compare some aspects of the two educational systems, as long as methods and techniques and to adopt some best practices in teaching of our students. The training of teachers will contribute to the following : 1. Improving quality and access to continuing vocational training and lifelong skills and abilities. 2.
