The aim of this development project is to chart the opportunities of educational establishments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast to operate as local trainers within the network of the EuroRussia Institute and to agree on the rules of cooperation with the selected organisations. The senior logistics teacher/planning officer to be hired in the technology/innovation park of the Kymenlaakso Polytechnic will also add to the expertise in networking. The partner in cooperation in St Petersburg, the International Management Institute of St Petersburg (IMISP), also has another partner, the State Marine University (SMTU), which operates as the other Russian coordinator and provider of training services in the project.
