The „European School of the Future" is the first step in creating a European and project-oriented high school. We want to offer high quality, practical education and direct students to the European and world market. To achieve this we need highly motivated teachers who actively create, deploy and implement projects. Therefore, our priority is education in the field of project management - from creating ideas, finding partners, keeping up, to the dissemination and evaluation of the project. Likewise, without the introduction of new technology we cannot follow trends or create future competitive workforce. For these reasons we want to send our teachers to the course „Project Management for intercultural exchange projects." We need a strong framework of the school that will be able to: understand, devise, develop, manage and implement international projects, monitor and implement projects, to apply the strategy, look for potential partners, create a network of contacts and encourage the development of entrepreneurship among young people. Another education to which we want to send teachers is „TEL Technology - Enhanced Learning " where we want them to learn how to use advanced IT tools and implement them in regular classes, use of contemporary programs and trends in computer education, familiarize with free alternatives, programs and tools and create a network contacts for future projects. For two selected courses we plan to send six teachers who will be selected by previously established criteria: with an emphasis on motivation, CV and IT knowledge. Participants in the project will transfer knowledge to other teachers through workshops, lectures, presentation and various IT tools. Through project teachers will improve their language skills and promote multicultural environment. The school will have a clear European vision and mission, it will be European-oriented and internationally connected, multicultural and global organization. Students who graduate from our school will be mature, entrepreneurial and ready for the challenges of a competitive European labor market.
