Center of Psychosociology of Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs is constantly concerned with training development as direct measure to ensure the quality and tailored courses to the needs and interests of the beneficiaries. The professionalisation of psychology is seen as an institutional process by which we want to atract many competent professionals, to prepare them as well, to motivate them to build a career path, maintaining them in the system, having a perspective career view. The objectives and principles outlined in this project sought to exploit and to ensure synchronization with the strategic objectives and principles guiding the system as well as coagulation and articulation of actual institutional elements in order to develop a coherent system of continuous training. From an European perspective, it helps to accelerate alignment and integration process as required by EU regulations and to redefining the role of training in psychology in accordance with requirements to achieve the level of excellence recognized by European and international standards. The objectives are O1. Setting up by the end of August 2017, a body of professionals able to provide training services, professional guidance and advice compatible with European best practices. O.2. To elaborate by the end of August 2017 the Plan to update internal working procedures and tools in line with European practice.Participants in mobility actions are CPS's employees who provide professional advice in continuing and vocational training, providing skills necessary for preparedness in the fulfillment of tasks and acquiring advanced knowledge, modern methods and procedures to be implemented in activity. CPS responsibility is to prepare MAI employees so they are able to adapt quickly to new contexts of work, having multiple competences. Further training, develop long-term aims in resolving institutional needs.The activities planned in this project are: A1. Pedagogical, cultural and linguistic training. A2. Organization and development of mobility actions. A3. Capitalisation of the results at the institutional level. Mobility actions include: workshops on application procedures and their use, methods, techniques and tests, applied by computer technology, conducting interviews and assessment reports, techniques used in the training process.Project Management Process is based on five functions: planning, organization, coordination, training, and testing, it is oriented toward efficiency; to the definition and use of performance indicators monitored during and after the project; It is based on the active participation of the management team and the project partners' representatives. Project coordination is ensured through regular meetings of the management team, aimed at identifying problems and finding the solutions and, also, to compile monitoring reports of mobilities. For communication we will use electronic communication, oral and written. All decisions will be taken in the Management Board in consultation with partners, oriented to ensure the achievement of objectives and the eligibility of expenditure. Expected results: a set of working procedures compatible at European level; 14 batteries of psychological tests reviewed and 5 proposed for implementation through computer technology, support for workshops accredited by the College of Psychologists of Romania. These results will be transferred to the territorial level, through training accredited, providing broad access of professionals to the European practice and quality. The immediate impact of the project will result in easier access to training opportunities and continuing professional development through an offer adapted to the needs of beneficiaries and permanently updated, which will help strengthen the professional status of psychologists in the law enforcement system. In a broader sense, this project opens the way to the shaping of stages of career development and related skills; recognition and valorisation of the accreditation process of institutional competences acquired in formal, non-formal and informal, to ensure a professional dynamic throughout the entire system.
