"Euro Praktiska 2016" is a project of European mobility within the Erasmus+ programme promoted by Praktiska Sverige AB and whose continuing with the pilot mobility approved project and running (ends on June 30, 2016) EuroPraktiska 2015. The new project has been extended to the whole of our training centers and will involve 500 students (250 in Spain and 250 in Italy) and 34 teachers (17 escorts for flows to Spain and 17 for Italy flows) of the vocational school students as chaperones.Since Sverige AB Praktiska understand necessary participation in such projects according to the needs identified in our training center, with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of the training it will result in better employability and labor market participation by those attending our school. At the same time a greater understanding of what Europe is and integrates cultural diversity that is needed. Of course, it is to obtain results of high quality learning and strengthen the capabilities and international reach of our organization.We believe that in the current international situation of deep economic crisis, it is important to invest in better training and education in order to enhance European knowledge and skills to innovate and compete internationally, encouraging a circulation of knowledge that fosters a sense more European citizenship deep and fight protectionism and xenophobia which tend to rise with the economic crisis.Our proposal is for students performing two-week internship in transnational Valencia (Spain) or in the region of Veneto (Italy) by the students of our schools Vocational using the methodology of the European program " Europe Chantier "to start and development of a European identity training. Students will travel in groups and develop their employment and educational experiences in conjunction with the Spanish workers organization throughout the stay.We intend to address these identified needs among students: Lack of experience to join his immediate work environment, lack of knowledge about other labor markets and their ability to labor mobility at European level, need to broaden their work experience with different techniques work, ignorance on the concept of active European citizenship, low language skills and low level of intercultural competence.The results and impacts for this group are: improving the intercultural competence, increased learning ability, promoting teamwork and interpersonal relationships, as well as increasing your chances of mobility and European workers.
