The project entitled " Europejskie praktyki zawodowe z plusem" provides for sending 28 students of Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. Wincentego Stysia in Świdnica (ZSE) for vocational internships in Hungary and Portugal. Participants will be recruited from among III grade students of Technikum nr 5 - one of organisational units within ZSE. 18 of them will be students preparing for the profession of economist, while the remaining 10 will be students of advertising.The main aim of this project is to allow our students the best possible preparation for their respective professions, so as to make them competitive in the labour market. Additionally, the project is designed to achieve 4 detailed goals related to the development of specific competences among the participants, as well as 4 detailed goals related to the development of our school.The duration of the project is 13 months - it is to begin on 1/10/2016 and end on 31/10/2017. During that time, we will:- recruit 28 students from the two above-mentioned classes,- conduct linguistic, cultural, pedagogical and organisational preparations,- organise a 4-week long stay abroad for two 14-people strong groups, one of which will travel to Evora (Portugal), while the second one of which will go to Kecskemet (Hungary).- conduct evaluation and dissemination of project results.As a result of their participation in the project, 28 students of our school will increase their competitiveness as potential employees in their respective professions. They will develop specific job-related competences and improve their English language skills. They will also become more adaptable to and more tolerant of culturally-diverse environment. ZSE will gain new foreign partners with whom it will be able to cooperate on other initiatives. Furthermore, the project will contribute to building our ability to organise various international activities in the future. It will therefore constitute a step in the implementation of a multi-year development programme, and will affect ZSE's overall growth.
