EUROPEJSKIE PRAKTYKI DROGA DO SUKCESU

The project includes participating in a four-week vocational training for 27 (5 groups) students of III grade technical secondary school (5 students: IT technician, 5 students:advertising methods and organisation technician, 5 students: economic technician, 6 students: geodetic surveying technician and 6 students: catering industry technician). The training will take place in a German company's offices so before it begins, the students will be given lectures on the German culture and language. Moreover, courses connected with IT, geodetic surveying, economics, advertising and catering industry will also be done to remind and explain basic data.The project focuses on the students needs to develope their vocational skills and knowledge of their faculties. The changing market, growing requirements and not enough lessons on IT, adverising, geodetic surveying, economics and catering were the main reasons for the teachers to write the project. Therefore, the aims of it are to improve not only students academic background but also to build and practise their vocabulary and the language skills connected with their faculties. In addition, the experience to train in Germany will give them a better start in future job interviews in local or European companies, and influence their mobility. At the end, they will be given EUROPASS CERTIFICATE MOBILITY and ECVET. The project is organised together with our German partner Vitalis Betreuugsgesellschaft fur Mdellprojekte mbH who have a great experience in similar programmes such as: Leonardo da Vinci programme. Vitalis is responsible to provide the participants with accommodation, boarding, cultural and free time activities. Moreover, Vitalis will cooperate with the Polish partner and help in the evaluation and monitoring throughout the time the project lasts.
