The current economic reality created an urgent need for preparing Young people to take on difficult roles of participants of modern market economy. The mobility project, which was a part of the program called Erasmus+ created an opportunity to organize three-week apprenticeships for economics college students in British companies from 16thFebruary 2015 to 2nd March 2015. The project?s partners were: - on Polish side: Zespó? Szkó? Nr 10 im. Stanis?awa Staszica (sending partner); - on British side: ADC Technology Training Ltd. (hosting partner). The partners did everything they could to meet the project?s goals with the highest standards and quality. The main goals of the project were: - to upgrade the quality and effectiveness of Professional training and teaching ; - to gain practical and Professional skills on European level ; - to use the newest information and Communications technologies in the training; - to improve Professional English language ; - to increase Professional mobility of Young economists and their teachers; - to increase the Chance of Winding employment in the European Union. The programme of training consisted of the following modules: practical improvement of foreign language, getting to know the company?s functioning indoor and outdoor surrounding, commercial documentation, human resources politics, accounting and marketing activity of the company in economic market conditions. London was a perfect place for economic Professional training, it has a special place on Great Britain?s market map and was a core financial and trade centre for the country as well as the whole Europe. Participation in the Project was a great chance for Young people to get to know market conditions of the partnering countries, as well as developing Young people?s independence and abilities to manager themselves in a new environment. The project?s participants were given an ADC College certificate and Europass Mobility document In Polish and English which provided opportunities for finding employment not only in Poland but also in the whole European Union. Each participant received references from their employer which made their CV more attractive. The students built up their portfolios in English with a detailed description of their apprenticeship. In order to complete the apprenticeship the students had to gain a grade consistent with the European Credit System for Vocational Education& Training.
