Zespół Szkół Zawodowych no3 in Katowice intends to carry out the Erasmus+ project to address the needs of teachers who intend to develop their vocational competences, being convinced that the best form of training is to gain international exeprience. The mobility project will be carried out at school between 01/06/2015 and 01/06/2017. Course programe will take place between 14/02/2016 - 21/02/2016 and 15/01/2017 - 22/01/2017 in Sevilla (Spain)and the firm Euromind will be responsible for organizing it. Sixteen teachers will participate in the exchange of experience – the most valuable as far as the school development and their own personal vocational improvement are concerned. The project is focused on:- the development of vocational qualifications of the participants of the project, - learining good practice and innovative techniques in vocational training, managing behavioral problems, -establishing indirect international cooperation,-improvement of English skills of the participants. The participants will acquire: vocational skills of estimating,comparing and analysing operations of secondary vocational schools in Poland and Spain; organizational skills: through fulfilling various roles during the project and the exchange of the experience ( as the group leader, as presenters in English, while leading discussions or seminars, monitoring and documentating processes of the project and the exchange of experience). They will improve communication skills in English and in vocational English. The participation of the exchange of experience will allow them to learn about the plenteous culture heritage of Andalusia. The participation in the exchange of experience will influence the quality of education training at Zespół Szkół Zawodowych no3 in Katowice, and consequently, increase the level of the students qualifications. The students will be better prepared to cope with the increasingly demanding labour market. The participants will be given certificates confirming their exchange of experience in Spain and European Mobility documents confirming the knowledge and skills gained and improved during the project operations. While carrying out the project operations the following stages will be included: promotional operations, enrolment operations, training process ( Vocational English and culture of Andalusia/Spain training), organizational operations included the journey to Spain and the training program of the exchange of experience in Sevilla, monitoring and evaluating processes, and dissemination of results.
