The aim of the project is to raise our students’ professional, language and social competences. According to the idea of life long learning we are going to achieve our goals due to formal, informal and outsideschool learning, based on the European system of vocational education. The possibility to fulfill these aims are given by the training in Sewilla, Spain. Apart from raising professional qualifications, we want to imprint in students common values for integration of European communities, teach them tolerance for diversities and to encourage them to undertaking social and professional activities (additional courses and trainings).Professional training in Spain will enable students to learn about European work market in areas of our learners’ fields of study. It will also allow them to get new skills of working with CNC numerical machine tools. After work our learners will participate in trainings developing our educational offer (construction of electrical vehicles). Traineeship in Spain will help young people to break communication barriers, it will develop their confidence, tolerance for other cultures, and will motivate them to self-development and to learn foreign languages. Developing the above competences will raise the number of students’ mobilities within European marketplace. It will also enlarge students’ chances for employment. The project will last from October 2016 until September 2018. We plan to send students of mechanical and car technical school on monthly practices. There will be 40 students and 5 teachers as their tutors.We will cooperate with euroMind – a Spanish company with the seat in Sewilla, with whom we have already successfully carried out one project. We will also cooperate with mechanical, logistics and automotive companies, which will accept our student on apprenticeship. These are the factories proposed by euroMind company, which is going to ensure accommodation, full board, language course including professional vocabulary, cultural program, transport from and to the airport, as well as 24 hour, 7 days a week medical care. EuroMind will also prepare appropriate certificates. School Complex nr 10 will carry out the recruitment of participants, two hour training on history and culture of Andalusia region. School Complex nr 10 will also provide students with two hour training on possibilities of establishing a company in European Union. What is more, School Complex nr 10 will ensure tutorial care, insurance and transport to and from Spain. Within the preparatory period School Complex nr 10 will organize 20 hour course of Spanish. During the stay in Sewilla there will be another 20 hour course of Spanish with the special attention given to professional vocabulary. There will be special care given to communication and breaking the language barrier. School Complex nr 10 and euroMind will work out a program of students’ traineeships and stay in Spain. Before the departure students will have to write Europass CVs and letters of application. On their basis our partner company will choose appropriate traineeship places, adjusted to our students professional and personal needs. EuroMind will carry out individual interviews with each selected participant. The interviews will be carried out in English and via Skype. This aims learning about students expectations and preferences concerning particular work places. During the interviews the students will also have the possibility to meet a particular company workers. The criteria taken into account by choosing a work place are as follow: a company’ scope of operation, equipment (modern technical devices), social base and system of probationers care. EuroMind company will ensure cultural program, organize two trips to nearby towns and meetings with Spanish youth.The traineeship in Spain will greatly contribute to the raise of students’ confidence, acquisition of new knowledge and professional skills, as well as develop their social, cultural and language skills.Taking part in the project will allow the participants learn about new economic and cultural realities. Getting experience on European market place, confirmed by Europass Mobility certificate will be an important asset for students who want to apply for a job, or to establish their own businesses.The teachers taking care of the groups of students during the traineeships will have the opportunity to enrich their professional and personal experiences.The realization of traineeships in Spain will greatly contribute to our school’s attractivity on educational market in our town and, what follows, raise of the interest in our school. This is extremely important for us in the context of our difficulties with students’ recruitment.
