The project will take place in Greece and will be organized for 50 students from Makow Mazowiecki,profile-farmer. This is one of the most popular lines of specialization in this school. The main objective is to develop a professional internship students, enabling them to compare methods of work and the solutions adopted in Poland with the methods and solutions used in European countries. The project aims to increase the chances of young people in the labor market: local, regional and European level. Through participation in apprenticeships abroad youth will have a chance to gain additional qualifications, which are increasingly sought after by employers and which comply with the principles of competitive economy. In addition, the project will contribute to social cohesion by associating the one hand, students and trainees, and on the other employers. In other words, it will develop a partnership between the representatives of the education sector and businesses. This will increase the mobility of students in vocational education, deepen cooperation between institutions, facilitate transfer of apprenticeships, as well as one sequence to increase transparency in the recognition of professional qualifications. Another goal of the project is the development of social capital of young people, to make them aware of their causal power, strengthen their confidence and encourage more social activity. The project will also help to increase the innovative potential of young people, enabling them to take inspiration from foreign labor markets. Students will also learn ogólnożyciowe competencies, such as independence, responsibility for decisions, coping in stressful situations completely new, making professional challenges. Additionally, the project promotes the development of multilingualism young Europeans, their discovery learning in an international environment, including communications work in an international environment. With it, you will gain experience in communicating in different situations and professional (eg. Group communication, collaboration and problem solving in a group). The project will enhance the students' sense of European citizenship and full membership in the European Union and will contribute to the promotion of European values.
