Europejska praktyka zawodowa
Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Project entitled "Europejska praktyka zawodowa" envisions vocational internships for 25 students of Zespołu Szkół Nr 2 im. Jana Wyżykowskiego in Lubin (ZS2). The participants will consist of students learning five different professions: logistics specialist, hotel management, touristic services specialist, economists, and gastronomic services specialist, 5 students from each class. Internships will be available to III grade students, and will last for 3 weeks. They will take place in Italy and Portugal, in the period: 06.03.2017 - 26.03.2017. Prior to that, the participants will undergo a series of training courses (cultural, linguistic, pedagogical and organisational) that will prepare them for the challenges of the mobility period itself. The main purpose of the project is to adequately prepare the students of ZS Nr 2 for work in their designated profession and hence, to make them more competitive as candidates for available jobs. This long-term purpose will be achieved through broadening their professional competence and complementing the knowledge they gain at school with specific skills useful in a particular workplace. Moreover, the project is meant to prepare students for future vocational mobility. Thanks to the project, the participants will gain experience and competences that will facilitate their future search for a job, as well as efficient execution of professional duties. Students will also develop their intercultural and linguistic competences, needed by anyone who wishes to work abroad. Consequently, the project will contribute to increasing mobility and willingness of youngsters to make use of available educational mobilities. Students will be more aware of their own educational needs and hence, better able to manage their further development. Moreover, the project will contribute to an increased interest of other ZS Nr 2 students in educational mobility. Therefore, the students will more likely want to participate in future projects that our school intends to submit and conduct. Internships abroad will also add certain value to the educational offer of our school, making it more attractive. This should enable us to develop the overall activity of the school. One particular element of that development will be expressed in continued (and, hopefully, broadened) cooperation with foreign entities.
