The project concerns the organization of two types of mobility: - Mobility of students - 40 people ( 4 groups of 10 persons) participants of CKiW OHP Pleszewo - Vocational School students (cooks) and gymnasium (cooks). Students are the individuals threatened by marginalization due to various reasons, who were not able to finish school within the regular terms and require additional support, as well as individual approach. Mobility planned for each group is to last three weeks ; - Mobility of staff - 10 persons, e.g. practical training managers , teachers , as well as career advisors, 2 groups of 5 people. Mobility lasting one week for each group. Country of mobility: Italy Partner institution : Società Cooperativa Sociale Azzura 1. Internships in foreign companies - First group of 10 people + 1 supervisor - XI/XII/2015 - Second group of 10 people + 1 supervisor- X-XI/2015 - Third group of 10 people + 1 supervisor- I/II/2016 - Fourth group of 10 people + 1 supervisor- II/2016 2. Staff training / job shadowing Group I of 5 people - IX/2015 Group II of 5 people - X/2016 The objectives of the project are: - to exchange European experiences - to promote innovative ways of working - to establish direct international cooperation - to gain knowledge of different organizational solutions - to compare Polish and Italian system of vocational education - to gain new vocational qualifications - to get to know Italian culture The results of the project are: - professional and personal development of the project participants , - adaptation of best practices and knowledge transfer, - establishing international cooperation, - knowledge in the field of vocational training , - growth of language skills. Participation in the project were contribute to obtaining additional skills, e.g. experience in multicultural environment. All of these factors are to increase the mobility of all participants and improve their functioning in an open European labor market.
