The project entitled "The European Mobility as an Opportunity for Professional Development" will be implemented by the Dr. A. Troczewski Complex of Vocational Schools No. 2 from Kutno, Poland. The project participants will be 20 students who specialise to be hotel services technicians, food and catering technicians and waiters, they will take part in a 4-week traineeship scheduled at March and April 2017. The students will be accompanied by two teachers. We are concerned about the future of our students so we would like to provide them with the possibility of traineeships in modern European companies that use modern technologies and solutions to produce high level of products and services. The project implementation will take place in hotels, restaurants and catering facilities in Germany.The project will be implemented together with the German company of Vitalis GmbH, as they have extensive experience in international cooperation with vocational schools.By participating in such international traineeship we would like to increase the students' professional, social and organizational competences. We want them to enter work markets as workers with professional experience in the respective fields. As a result, they will have better employment prospects on these increasingly competitive job markets. The project aims are in accordance with the students' needs, because most of them are eager to improve their professional competences and professional know-how.The project prticipants will gain work experience in foreign companies, they will develop and acquire new professional skills, they will learn how German companies are organized inside and how they work. Such experience will greatly contribute to their work knowledge and skills. The participants will be awarded with the Europass and ECVET documents. They will also acquire individual traineeship certificates that will include individual assessment feedback forms signed by their tutors.
