The orientation centre Don Bosco in Würzburg decided to invite one volunteer from Turkey. The EVS project should start in September 2014 and last 12 months. The Jugendbildungsstätte Unterfranken will be the coordinating organization and TOG from Istanbul will be the sending organization in that EVS project. After an orientation- and introduction-phase the volunteer should have the possibility and time to start and realize her own projects and activities. The volunteer will decide in which field of work he or she would like to get involved (German language courses, professional courses, workshops). The volunteer will be part of the team and will be supported to implement own projects, depending on her abilities. It is part of the EVS to have frequent guidance and reflections with the volunteer in her project. An important topic of that project is the unemployment and the professional orientation. The volunteer has the chance to learn how it is possible to support youth in their decisions about their professional future. That skills is very interesting topic in Europe at the moment and the volunteer for sure will reflect on that self as well.
