Tamkang University was honored with a grant from the Jean Monnet Action of the EU 2006–2009, which was utilized to launch the European Module entitled “The European Union and European Integration.” The module offers undergraduate students interested in the EU matters excellent foundation knowledge. The term “European Module” places emphasis on the same subject, giving the students an insight into the EU. Specific topics include the European integration process and EU governance and community law. We integrate analysis of on-going issues, such as further enlargement, multiculturalism and immigration, and European debt crisis.A.
