The project advanced is entitled “European Team Building” and it aims at achieving a partnership among 8 Primary, Secondary Technological or Vocational Education Units, both public and private, from 8 different European Countries. The project advanced wishes to answer common social need , identified with the help of a SWOT analysis that was applied to all the 8 (eight) schools involved. This need is to increase the interactive communication and socialization degree of students by means of leisure activities.The project was born out of the desire to offer students an alternative for spending their free time, of limiting the exclusive and abusive use of computer as an only way of entertainment, of changing their mentality and of teaching/re-teaching them how to work, to communicate, to play and to enjoy themselves together, organized in mixed, multicultural and multi-linguistic teams, to discover the beauty of nature and to arouse their interest in living in a clean and ecological environment.The European collaboration enhanced by the project will allow students and teachers to know each other, to put their personal experience too good use, to learn from each other, to become more tolerant and more assertive, more sociable and flexible and to personally develop in a common European area.
