Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The proposed project with the title European Regional Competitiveness and Human Resource Development – with acronym EuRComp - is a scientific challenge that seeks to promote sound knowledge of European and regional competitiveness based on the potential of human resource development. The team of the project is formed by two professors from Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ana-Maria Bercu, the module leader, and Mihaela Tofan, member of the team with a solid professional background in teaching in the field of European studies. The project proposes a summer school as a professional forum of learning, stimulating and promoting the European studies concerning the regional competitiveness issues as a vector to achieve the performance and to create added value at the level of European companies or organizations where the graduates will work (the target class is based on master students from first or second year of study, with specializations that are not in the sphere of European Studies, 30 students each year). Objectives targeted by the project are to improve the knowledge, skills and competences of students in the field of European studies concerning the regional competitiveness based on human resource development in order to increase the opportunity to put all these achievements in the future professional life and to promote a new way to learn about the European Union and about the challenges from the labor market. The innovative character of the teaching activities is represented by the methods and techniques used by the two professors: interactivity at course, discussions, case studies, role plays, questioning followed by the PPT interactive presentations. To assure a connection between students and professors in real time will be created a platform (a link from the portal of FEAA to the project page) with all documents, information, research studies, curricula, handbook, best papers of the students, schedule of the roundtables and conferences.
