EQN (European Quality Network) estbalishes a skills card based accreditation service unit and process for job roles in the IT and service sector. The following results will be delivered:1. accreditation online portal system (similar to ECDL) supporting skills assessment and test management as well as administering and viewing accrreditation profiles, 2. an online library of best practice resuts / experiences concerning innovation success factors, and 3. an agreed process for the accreditation of new job roles, the accreditation of trainers, the accreditation of training institutions. It will start with three major professions first: certified EU project manager (300), certified European innovation manager (300), and certified software tester (2000). The framework will be applicable for all Leonardo projects who developed new occupation profiles.
