Initial and further training in the information and telecommunications technologies (ICT) at European level : This project aims to help further develop initial and further training in the information and telecommunications technologies at the European level. To this end, it draws a comparison between the existing European systems with a view to devising a single framework. This project started in 2000 and lasted 42 months.
