For this reason it is fundamental to participate actively in partnership and mobility EU projects . International connections will bring an improvement of Lingua Più’s offers, both at regional, national and International level. In fact, both individuals and companies’ staff participating in the training at Lingua Più will be involved in projects and mobility. For example: - get the chance to spend a period of study/work abroad , for individuals and companies’ staff, acquiring both language skills and working experiences at International level - companies and public bodies can have the chance to participate in EU projects and exchange good practices with other European organisations, develop their competences in International business relations, establish new contacts and maybe new partnerships Participants The participants in the mobility project from Lingua Più will all be part of staff and Lingua Più’s collaborators. We are going to send 3 experts in this field. Descrizione delle attività The first activity will be to agree, between Lingua Più and the Institutions providing the courses, the training activities which can cover Lingua Più’s training and mobility needs. As an intermediate activity will be the choice of participants for the mobility and their preparation, both from their specific competences and the logistic aspects, behavior and risk prevention, in order to get the best result from the course. A staff member will be appointed as the responsible of the mobility implementation and the collection of reports from participants. During the courses, a careful quality control of the achievable results from the courses will be made. There will be a close contact with the organisers , during the training path, in order to evaluate its evolution together with the people in charge of the project, both from the sender and receivers’ part. As final activities, the final each participant’s reports will be evaluated in order to verify the achievement of the previously set aims. Events, meetings etc.. will be organised. All info and results will be visible on Lingua Più’s social networks and web site. All following future project ideas, mobility organisation, e-Learning courses and future collaborations with the providers will be discussed. The impact of the mobility project: Inside Lingua Più: the new acquired abilities will be then spread to other members of staff involved in the International projects and will have the chance to exchange ideas and good practices with other colleagues with a higher Internationality than Lingua Più. Regarding Lingua Più’s students: (both individuals and companies both at national and international level) : - participating in International projects means to be able to offer more modern activities and methodologies, in line with the other EU countries. It also means to meet new people and foreign Institutions where students can consider of going to live cultural, language and, why not? Working experiences. More, Lingua Più will be able to enlarge its offer and methodology also to students who cannot be physically present to the lessons, through e-Learning. - Montessori methodology applied to adults, which Lingua Più applies, is based on the use of IT and multimedia material, with very positive effects on learning, motivation and memorization. Lingua Più’s method is as a very successful one and the chance to access to an effective training whenever and however one wishes, which is typical from e-Learning, is another substantial impact.
