The aim is to promote civil participation of young people. The association would like to start a new step of capitalization and formalization of citizen innovation process. To complete successfully this new ambition, Urban Prod wants to build a long-term European project associating quality partners from five European countries.Together, they will compare work methods and develop new mediation tools towards young learners. It's about forming a community of users who meet to create resource around new media following a common defined methodology. After a collective reflection about popular and digital education and different modelisation works, each partner will become part of a citizen laboratory for production, research and spreading cultural projects. The main goal is to explore new forms of experimentation and participative learning. Result of research-action to European scale has to enable a global awareness with local impact. Created places will offer a true local public service.
