The different European myths and legends are one of the hallmarks of European society and largely explain the particularities of each of the European regions. All the processes of globalization that Europe and the unification of all the European institutions, despite being extremely useful, are in risk of forgetting our myths and legends, being important elements that form the European cultural tradition. The slogan 'we are different, we are equal' is perfectly applicable to our reality as as European citizens. Through our project, we want to bring the knowledge of the oldest legends relevant to each culture and European country. Through the collection of information, required documentation and representation of one or several legends, myths, or stories representative of each area, we will not only learn more about our history, culture and past, but in addition we will learn from each other. Appart from being a project in which participants acquire knowledge of different European cultures, they also learn to use different techniques useful for our development as people and citizens and being able to transmit it to the rest of interested people. The knowledge of the stories and legends of a particular place allows the participants to be closer to the social reality inside an enjoyable and interesting way, as well as to understand possible social movements or ways of seeing our current reality.
