Gureak is an organization that generates employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Given this mission, training is a key process. The fundamental objective is to meet and share experiences and best practices with others who are doing the same work as Gureak in other countries. This will be a source of innovation processes in Gureak that will result in better service for people who have more difficulties in accessing the labour market. The activity rate among people with disabilities is significantly lower than in general population and Gureak is trying to change this situation with programs and integrative approaches.Complementary profiles people will participate in the "job shadowing" and one person in the training course. Training professionals (trainers, technical support ...), innovation professionals / communication, management professionals .. Professionals with different and complementary profiles with a common goal, generating employment opportunities for people with disabilities.The activities developed are called "Job shadowing" or short stays and a training course directly linked with dual training which is a strategic project for Gureak. With these short stays we pretend to know other different realities, other organizations in other countries with different cultures / legislation ... This will be the starting point for trying to build a stable relationship and trust that allows cope with successful larger projects in the future.The expected results and impact are mainly the application to the reality of Gureak of processes, tools, ideas ... known in the visits. Still another possible impact is generating networks at European level who work in the field of disability.The long term benefits will come from improved services offered to people with disabilities in the field of training and labor integration.
