The final quality assurance system contains guidelines for the preparation and organization of work placements, the preparation of the beneficiaries, for mentoring, monitoring and evaluation as well as a partner registration tool. Institutions that are registered at EUKCEM and guarantee to implement the QAS tools issues EUKCEM certificates in addition to the Europass Mobility.EUKCEM established round tables for mobility: different stakeholders (schools, employers, organizations of mobility projects and young participants) have been brought together to discuss obstacles, arguments for taking part in mobility, accreditation and necessary measures. Based on the result as well as on “the Q placement model” and aware of the scope of improvement of the latter a transparent quality assurance system has been designed. The final system integrates a process tool for project organization, preparation, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination, a review tool and relevant information on housing, financing, habits, job opportunities in the partner countries. The QAS allows trustful cooperation, comparison of performances and accreditation of competences acquired. Also a partner database of institutions applying the system has been created. The consortium consists of partners with experience in mobility projects and a background in education and economy, have been chosen from seven European Countries (IT, SP, PT, DE, SE, UK, RO). Different stakeholders related to workplace training like vocational schools, public bodies, chamber of commerce and industry are involved.
