European Employer of Choice (EEoC)

The EEoC project enabled the transfer of an innovative package of professional support to meet the needs of SMEs in Italy, Romania, Hungary and Germany where business efficiency and productivity is directly correlated with employee contentment, motivation and job satisfaction. The programme supported a structured and informed human resources approach to managing diversity and employee health in the workplace by  Enabling employers & employees to work together to find out how they can both gain from a more imaginative and inclusive approach to working practices  Guiding SME owner/managers to identify practical solutions to improving business, which at the same time gives employees a better work-life balance  Improving employee motivation and commitment through effective dialogue and engagement.  Providing vocational training to support employees to improve workplace health & well-being and reduce stress in the workplace
