Among social organizations of non formal education from Italy, Germany, Bulgary and Spain, a Strategis Partnership is created through this project. The aim is to promote the Emotional Intelligence through different methodologies. The addressed and participants of the project will be young people between 13 and 30 years old, educators, and youth workers. It will involve a process which will develop trainning for youth educators; a multiplier effect of the knowledge to the organizations; activities where practice the new methodologies and experience the beneficies of the emotional education; and an analysis and scientist research of the changes on the emotional competences of the participants. For the closing up and conclusion, an event will take place, where we will disseminate the benefits of the process where hundred of young people have taken part along these four countries. It will be the moment also where we will demostrate a democratic participation, providing the results of this project as a proposal of the Emotional Competence as a new key competence in the non formal education recognition sistem of European Comission through Erasmus + Programme, the Youth Pass.
