This partnership is made up of the Spanish “IES Antigua-Luberri BHI” school and the German one “Kurt-Tucholsky-Gesamtchule”. The partnership is the result of a former contact seminar in the year 2.003 and a cooperation in various projects since them. The linguistics objectives are to improve the English using a CLIL methodology and to acquire elementary level of “German”, the Spanish pupils and an Intermadiate level of “Spanish” the German ones. The selected theme to carry out the mentioned methodology is “sustainable development” concerning issues such as: consumption, environment, cultural diversity, urban sustainability, equality, peace and human security, health promotion. The objectives about it will be: to acquire knowledge about SD locally and in the wider world and increase the pupil awareness of the importance and the need of transformation towards it. Other objectives will be: to improve the digital competence, enhance the European dimension and European citizenship. The working methods will be active encouraging students to produce materials through research. They will use the ICT to communicate with the other partners, to interact about the project and to produce the products. It will be used the etwining platform and all the tools it offers. The final products will be: “pupil language portfolio” about the dealt languages, an interactive SD guide, and an interactive poster. The students exchanges will be to consolidate the pupils interaction concerning the project and the learning languages and to provide a first hand experience of the way people in the another country live and thus broaden their view on a personal level.
