We would like to improve the quality of education, studying and learning in school to develop our work organization and to discover how classes can be better organized. Through this acquaintance and knowledge acquisition part of the schoolpolicy will be adjusted . Especially in the area of innovation. It will be taken to what is learned to be classified with team members , other department within the school, parents , current networks , local media and the National Agency . The courses are needed because in a number of areas , such as innovation in general subjects , we are running behind . We will continue to progress our education to our students. We would to be in the top-5 schools in the Netherlands and stay there . The program is largely tailored for participants as they complete an intake form which the course is adjusted to . Also, our staff is intrinsically motivated to participate . There are 9 different staffmembers who attend the courses. They are quite diverse in nature : head master , teamcoordinators , education consultant and teachers . Room for improvement to become better is the main motivation to participate in the courses. The impact of the courses affect both classroom and school level . Lesson content is customized , innovative digital learning resources will be deployed and the policy will be partially adjusted. It also expanded the network of internationalization . Dissemination will be done by means of putting the most important information on Sharepoint discussion on presentations by the participants , the impact within the departments . There is already a didatical team , but it is extended to one of the participants . Tablets will be purchased and lower secondary professional education will provide an inspiration workshop at SIntLucas Inspiration Day in Boxtel ( MBO division) . Within the committee , the internationalization policy is revised following input from the participants. A team set up to develop international projects involving digital learning provides the core . Through Etwinning and the contacts that were made.. Oustide school we like to inform parents , local media , the current international network and the National Agency ( IO) of the activities within Europe by the employees of SintLucas Eindhoven pre vocational education. In this way, we want school to widely publicize and encourage international activities not only to contribute to personal goals, but also institute wide. In many ways, knowledge and skills are experienced as fun, valuable and inspiring. Te ultimate goal is that the student get better and valuable connection at school and in society for which we accompany them.
