TERMINÉ
The study of the International Labor Organization “Skills and Occupational Needs in Renewable Energy” published in 2011reports shortage of skilled engineers and technicians in worldwide. Expectations towards the vocational education and training in the field of energy to meet these needs are high taking into account the following factors: smaller renewable energy projects require skilled crafts workers with sufficient breadth of skills to be able to do the work by themselves, or at least to cooperate effectively with others; there is a need for effective skills anticipation in renewable energy, and there is a particular need for developing countries to plan to maximize the local employment benefits of renewable energy projects; initiatives to develop skills for renewable energy should aim to develop skills that are sufficiently portable so that they can be applied to new renewable energy technologies and outside the renewable energy sector; there is scope to provide internationally recognized industry certifications in renewable energy skills to complement national qualifications;
As a reply to these recommendations Vocational High-school in Energetic and Electrical Engineering in partnership with YOU NET will organize and implement a training practice in Italy for introduction of best practices of installations for production of energy from waste or so called waste-to-energy plants to students from 11 and 12 grade from specialties Heat Power Engineering and Energy from the sun.
In practice will involve 17 students from grades 11 and 12 of PGEE - town Galabovo that pass initial vocational training in specialties "Heating" and "Electrical industry" and three teachers.
As a result of participation in this project we expect students and teachers to learn new skills related to existing and most prevalent technology for extracting energy from waste, knowledge of the technological cycle, principles of operation of installations for energy production from the sun. Thanks to the partnership PGEE could provide vocational training at a high level and will encourage teachers to seek new forms of training. As a result of participation in international mobility school staff will enter into new partnerships and will continue to be involved in mobility projects and partnerships in the framework of Erasmus + . The results of the project will initiate the development of innovative forms of vocational training and offering new specialties for better employability in the field of green energy.
