Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

One of the important tasks of the Heves County Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the adult education, vocational training, master training and the administrative tasks attached to them. The chamber has 25 employees. From these, 7 persons work at the vocational training office, and 2 persons on the project office. At the moment the number of voluntary members are about 750 companies. This project was implemented as a continuation of more earlier mobility projects. In this project we organized a study tour for the companies of tourism again, but now for the firms with hospitality profile, because our current needs assessment shows a large interesting in the topic. The touristic themed travel is now a tradition in our proposals, because tourism plays a relevant role in Eger's business life. The role of the hospitality in Eger is not need any motivation, such as wine or legendairy local kitchen products. Because of similar reasons we planned and implemented a new travel in wood industry also. There is a continuous need from the side of our wood industry vocational practice companies, especially from SMEs and micro entrepreneurs operate in solid wood processing. An other study tour had organized for companies in building industry of the Industry Section of the chamber, with focus on Doka cradling and passive house build facilities. The main reason for this topic is the relevant needs and positive feedbacks from the earlier study tours' participants, the successful dissemination of those earlier programmes, and besides this the opportunities in building industry, and the importance of those in the Hungarian and Heves County level industry and the practical training. The target group consisted of training experts, professional instructors of wood industry, building industry and hospitality who train apprentices in vocational schools at SMEs both in the frame of VET system, adult further education and master training. We selected the participants from these groups, from the huge number of applicants. This year we planned 3 travels for 45 professionals as we did in the most years like a best practice, because we have good experiences and think these little groups are the best for a study tour like the planned ones, and we had enough resources to organise three of them in a year. We used the earlier travels' experiences and knowledge at a maximal level. Before the travelling a 16-lesson-course had been organized for the participants built on linguistic (English on the two Italian study tours, and German end English bilateral regarding the tour to Austria) and intercultural (EU culture) modules. We used the experiences of the earlier study tours' organising activities and racionalize the financial and human resources spent on preparation. The beneficiaries had travelled to the following locations on the listed time intervals: 1. Wood industry: Study of trends and up-to-date design elements of solid wood processing in Northern Italy - Vicenza-Verona - 27.09-03.10.2015. (7 days); 2. Tourism and Hospitality: Study of Sous-vide technology and molecular gastronomy for vocational education purpose in Northern Italy - Vicenza-Verona-Venice - 10-16.04.2016. (7 days); 3. Building industry: Study of technics and technologies of Doka cradling and passive house building in Eastern Austria - Wien and its surroundings-Amstetten-Linz - 08-14.05.2016. (7 days). The programme had expanded the knowledge of participants in certain special fields, and contributed to the skills acquired in the frame of Lifelong Learning. The participating professional instructors shared/will share the experiences with vocational schools, training centers which causes a multiplicated favourable effect. Besides this they build in the acquired knowledge to the education of their own students which boosts the advantages of the program. They bulid in and disseminate the experiences to their operation and training structure, hereby they give up-to-date knowledge to their students. The new contacts among the companies of the mentioned industries will lead to further benefits resulted by the synergy effects. By suggestions of the host organisations the dates of some travellings are adjusted to local fair events concentrated on the required fields and industry. The language of the project is mainly English. The participation in the programme had been documented by a Certificate signed by both the host and sending organisation.
