At the -training -event in Dillingen take two Person part. As headmaster, I take a key position and I am initiator to promote the change. This course is for me as a school principal, quite interesting because new perspectives on leadership may arise concerning the school management. My personal expertise is in the area of leadership, and school management, and it is therefore particularly important for me to acquire suggestions from other European countries and find cooperation partners in neighboring European countries in order to ultimately reach our goals. As deputy Director , it is jointly managed with the principal , the school location of the BHS Kufstein to introduce the teaching subject " European Law " with new curricula , which is essential and it considers indispensable for a BHS . Through my now ten-year Comenius experience is important to me, that in the coming years teachers will be trained abroad , working with teacher training institutions in other Member States , including through the development of common directed to the mobility of students and trainers programs and development cooperation . In addition, I get a lot of insight into the entire school system as course director for Teaching with A-levels. Our activities are primarily for the teaching and learning, improving school management; we put great emphasis on improving school quality, and strive to promote mathematical and scientific key competences. Project process , starting from the objectives of , feedback, monitoring , mind mapping , process - on student initiative to go back to plan project-oriented work, joint work , labor to resolve and then subject to criticism. We expect insights into new models from other European countries, in the area of quality assurance to achieve our target bursts around this area, hoping new organizational forms to meet the increasingly engaged with school operation; innovation skills associated with sustainable implementation of our educational goals.
