The project will take place due to the cooperation between Europejska Fundacja Edukacji i Rozwoju, Zespół Szkół Zawodowych Nr 1 im. Józefa Psarskiego in Ostrołęka, Zespół Szkół nr 1in Ostrowia Mazowiecka and Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. Stanisława Staszica in Sejny and our partners in Bulgaria - Association for International Mobility and Portugal - Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade. The interniships will make 86 people from schools 80 students and 6 facilitators) to go to Bulgaria and Portugal in order to develop their professional qualifications. They will attend the interniship in four rounds, 28 people each (including 2 facilitators) for Portugal and 15 people each (including 1 facilitator) for Bulgaria. The mobilities will take place in following dates:Portugal: 17.10.2016 - 31.10.2016Portugal: 7.11.2016 - 21.11.2016Bulgaria 27.03.2017 - 13.03.2017Bulgaria: 10.04.2017 - 24.04.2017The participants will increase the level of their knowledge and practical skills at the position of assembler-mechatronic by active participation in practical courses of:- pneumatics, - electropneumatics, - hydraulics, - electrohydraulics, - software- drivers. While attending the courses thyey will be monitored by professionally qualified mentors, who by their rich experience will rise the value of the course as well. During the internship the participants will spend one day of practical training in the VW Hanover facotory. It will help to enrich their newly gained knowledge and experience, and will rise their motivation in future actions. Despite technical development participants of the project will have the opportunity ty develo their language skills. Not only will they develop the skills connected with technical vocabulary and terminology due to conducting the internship in English, Portuguese and Bugarian but they will also develop general use of this langauge. The participants of the project will also take part in various educational and cultural events. Thanks to continuous communication with Bulgarian youth they will develop the ability to work in international environment. Common cooperation will also result in shaping the attitudes of tolerance and respect towards our nations. Participation in the internship will develop participants' professional skills and help them to find a satisfactive job after graduation.
