The project will take place due to the cooperation between Europejska Fundacja Edukacji i Rozwoju, ZS Zawodowych nr 1 w Ostrołęce (Poland) and IFN Internationales Privatinstitut für Forschung und Netzwerkarbeit in Bildung, Beratung und Management in soziokulturellen Bereichen GmbH z Zorneding in Germany. The interniship made 56 people from ZS Zawodowych nr 1 w Ostrołęce (50 students and 6 facilitators) go to Germany in order to develop their professional qualifications in local mechatronic companies in Erfurt. They attended the interniship in two rounds, 28 people each (including 3 facilitators). The participants will increase the level of their knowledge and practical skills at the position of assembler-mechatronic by active participation in practical courses of: - pneumatics, - electropneumatics, - hydraulics, - electrohydraulics, - software - drivers. While attending the courses they have been monitored by professionally qualified mentors from IFN, who by their rich experience rose the value of the course as well. During the internship the participants developed their skills and professional competences. Despite technical development participants of the project had the opportunity to develop their language skills. Not only they have developed the skills connected with technical vocabulary and terminology due to conducting the internshio in German, but they also had a chance to practice general use of this langauge. The participants of the project also took part in various educational and cultural events. Thanks to continuous communication with local German community (partner organization, people they meet everyday) they have developed the ability to work in international environment. Common cooperation has also resulted in shaping the attitudes of tolerance and respect towards our nations. Participation in the internship have developed participants' professional skills and helped them to find a satisfactive job after graduation. Thanks to the certificates issued by hosting organization and Europass Certificates, they have received a confirmation of gained knowledge and professional competences.
